A Birthright Earth trip is a gift – a chance for a young person to have a first-hand, life-altering experience with the environment. The reason these trips are free is so that everyone can potentially participate. Though there is an application process, the goal is that an entire generation of human beings will be positively effected by these trips.

The only way that Birthright Earth can offer these trips for free is through donations from people just like you. People who are passionate about the environment, people who want to change the way human beings are treating their eco-systems, people who believe that conservation is a possibility and a necessity.

In today’s mile-a-minute cultures, it is almost impossible to grab peoples’ attentions for more than a second. It is even harder to take that attention and mold it into a desire to act. Birthright Earth believes that the only way to make the environmental crisis a priority for young people is through direct contact – transporting individuals from the pages of National Geographic to the real thing. It is this face-to-face experience that makes all the difference.

With each trip costing around $2,000, any donation goes directly to funding individual trips. Through your donation, you are not only doing your part to conserve the environment but you are enabling another person to have a similar impact once they take a trip.
