See It, Save It

Save It

So now you’ve seen it. How can you save it?

The Birthright Earth experience does not end with your return from South America. The trip is provided as a stepping-stone for individuals to take on a path towards serious environmental activism and concern.

As such, Birthright Earth is currently developing partnerships with other environmental organizations both domestically and abroad. These partnerships will allow our website to promote ‘Green’ opportunities around the world for young people to apply for and get involved in.

First and foremost, the Birthright Earth program needs passionate individuals to help spread our message. Here, interested former BE travelers will be able to write a testimonial about their trip and apply to work as one of the following:

  • Campus Representative
  • Trip Leader
  • Domestic Event Host

More positions will become available as the program continues to grow.

This section of the website will also function as a searchable hub for environmental volunteer work, summer internships, and career opportunities in coordination with Birthright Earth partnerships.

Some of the organizations we are currently in discussion with include:

Abroad

  • The Precious Woods Lumber Mill – Brazil
  • The National Institute for Amazonian Research – Brazil
  • Maia Expeditions – Brazil
  • Tropical Nature – Peru

Domestic

  • Green Brooklyn – New York, NY
  • The Nature Conservancy – Washington, D.C.
  • Make Me Sustainable – Boston, MA

Please check back as we develop this portion of our organization that seeks to steer the creative energy of young generations towards a future of sustainability and conservation.
